TYPICAL CLASS STRUCTURE

You may mix & match our Fitness and Self Defense Krav Maga Classes.

Warm-up – approx. 10 minutes

Loosening the joints and stretching- preparing the body for the main fitness training.

Fitness Training – approx. 45 minutes

Cardio & Core Exercises, Toning, Kickboxing, Fat Burning. Targeting different muscle groups every class.

Summary – approx. 5 minutes

Time to ask questions and give updates.
